2. Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information
•
Personal information shall be retained for three years from the date of collection.
However, in the case where any information is to be retained as required by relevant laws and regulations, the Company shall retain it for the period as required by those laws and regulations.
3. Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information
(Including Personal Information Retention as Required by Other Relevant Laws)
•
In principle, the Company destructs personal data immediately after the retention period stated in Section 2. After the retention period, personal data may be anonymized through methods such as facial blurring before being stored for further use.
However, in the case where the user has explicitly agreed to an extended retention period for their personal information, or if relevant laws mandate a specific retention period, the Company shall securely retain the personal data for the required period.

5. Personal Information Transfer to Other Countries
For the provision and convenience of our service, PLAYTAG may transfer users' personal information overseas or process it in a foreign country. The details of such overseas transfers are as follows:

Users may request the suspension of personal information processing at any time. However, requests may be denied if specific legal provisions require continued processing.

Users may withdraw their consent for the collection and use of personal information at any time.
•
For children under 14 years of age, legal guardians have the right to view, modify, delete, suspend processing, and withdraw consent for the collection and use of the child’s personal information.

7. Items of Personal Information Processed

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information and to prevent loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage:

Technical Measures: Access control for personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of sensitive personal information, and installation of security programs.

Physical Measures: Access control for computer rooms, data storage rooms, and similar facilities.
9. Processing of Pseudonymous Information
The Company processes pseudonymous personal information collected for statistical purposes, scientific research, and similar uses to ensure that specific individuals cannot be identified.

12. Changes to the Privacy Policy
If there are any additions, deletions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy, the changes will be announced at least 7 days prior to the date of application.
